Raw Lemon Gallery is pleased to present Soft Collapse, a duo show with Rimma Arslanov @rimmaarslanov and Gabriela Kobus @gabriela__kobus , opening 25 September 2026.

Bringing together two distinct yet resonant practices, Soft Collapse explores structures in states of transformation architectural, cultural, social, and material.

Rimma Arslanov moves between personal memory and collective histories, examining the tensions embedded in architecture and its representations. Through craft-based processes and contemporary modes of production, she translates intricate ornamental languages into fragmented and abstract forms.

Gabriela Kobus spatial installations and objects are based on an exploration of our relationships to places and people, as well as to objects and non human beings. Her works engage with patterns, hierarchies, and competing value systems.

In Soft Collapse, their practices enter into a dialogue around instability and transformation. Here, collapse is not necessarily an endpoint, but a condition through which new forms can emerge.
